Shipping Information
UK Shipping:
There are two options for UK shipping - Second class and 48h Tracked. 48h Tracked only applies once the parcel is posted - so you order may take longer than this to arrive with you. Please allow me time to process your order.
I post orders out twice a week, so your patience is really appreciated.
When your order is posted, you'll recieve an email. If you need to get in touch for any reason - I'm always happy to help!
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are shipped when they are ready, and I will notify you once your order has been sent.
International Shipping:
I no longer take international orders through my website due to the complexity of international shipping post-Brexit. I'm happy to discuss international shipping though, so do get in touch! My international customers are very much valued and I will always do what I can to ensure you can order from Pepper Roo's.
Privacy Policy
I collect and store data as part of the day-to-day running of our store. I collect your email address and order requirements in order to fulfill your sale. I also collect your address, where items are being shipped. Your address is only shared with the postal service who fulfills your order, and nobody else has access to any of your data.
