Step One:

Decide what you'd like! Check out the gallery, store and facebook page for inspiration. You can view the pricelist for standard hammocks, or I can give you a quote if you have something unique in mind.

Step Two:

Get in touch! You can use this form, send an email to pepper.roos@outlook.com, or message our facebook page directly.

Step Three:

We'll discuss your order, and I'll let you know what timescale I am working towards. At busy times, there is a waiting list for custom orders - I'll let you know if that applies and how long you can expect to wait. I'll create an invoice detailing exactly what items you've ordered. This is what I work from while creating your items - so double-check you're happy with everything.

Step Four:

I take payment for your order, and then I can get started on your items! I'll keep you updated as I go through your orderand let you know when to expect it. Payment is generally taken through PayPal.

Step Five:

Your custom order will arrive with you, ready to be enjoyed by your little ones! Please let me know what you think of your products, cute photos are sure to put a smile on my face!
